When I went to Greece years ago, my favorite salad was the farmer’s Greeksalad, or horiatiki. There was no lettuce anywhere in sight — just thefreshest tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion tossed with salty feta, brinykalamata olives, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano.This salad is a combination of horiatiki and three bean salad.
