This cucumber vinegarsalad has a seriously delicious combination of flavors and textures. You havethe crunchy cucumbers and onions. Sesame oil brings a super unique flavor (inaddition to the sesame seed garnish). The rice vinegar and sugar bring somesweet and tangy flavors to the dressing and crushed red pepper flakes add anice, spicy kick!

There are really only a handful of ingredients. I think this is one of thoserecipes that you can make just about as complicated or easy as you want. LikeI mentioned above, I wanted to keep it pretty quick and easy but just makesure I use really good, authentic ingredients.I saw that some people like to let their cucumbers sit in the salad dressingfor 30 minutes or so before serving and some like to eat it right away. Forthis recipe, I ate mine right away and it was fantastic! Obviously, the moreyou let it sit, the softer the cucumbers will get. But I like mine nice andcrunchy!Also, be careful with the red pepper flakes. As you add them to taste, theycan really stand out in this recipe, so err on the side of caution. You canalways add more!Finally, this is a smaller recipe that I can make for a quick lunch or sidedish. These portions of ingredients will serve two people.
