How to make a Zucchini Casserole or Bake

Prepare a 13×9 pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Set aside.Place grated zucchini in a strainer, sprinkle with salt and toss. Let standfor 15 minutes.Add eggs, parmesan cheese and half of the shredded cheeses to a medium sizedmixing bowl.
